What's the difference between Starter and Professional?
Starter includes everything you need to run jobs: lead management, inventory-based estimates, scheduling, payments, and one-way SMS — with unlimited users on both plans. Professional adds the AI sales rep that answers calls and books moves for you, two-way SMS, automated workflows, automated review requests, advanced reporting, and priority support.
Is the AI sales rep free with the Professional plan?
The Professional plan unlocks access to the AI sales rep, but AI talk time is billed separately at $0.80/min through prepaid per-minute credits. You buy credit packs in the app, calls are deducted to the second, and you can enable auto-recharge so the AI never stops answering. There is no additional monthly fee for the AI itself.
Are there any setup or onboarding fees?
No. There are zero setup fees and no onboarding costs. Most moving companies are fully set up within 15 minutes, and our team is here to help if you need it.
Can I change plans later?
