- Quick Actions — buttons to Create Quote, Generate Estimate, and Schedule Call
- Lead Information — source, move type, assigned consultant, created date, and last updated
Updating Lead Status
As you contact the customer and advance through the sales process, update the lead's status. The available statuses are: New, Assigned, Contacted, Estimated, Signed, Booked, Completed, Lost, Bad/Spam.
Converting a Lead to a Job
When a customer signs your estimate (through the estimate signing portal), the lead status changes to Booked and a job is automatically created. You can see the linked job from the lead's detail page.
Tips for Pipeline Health
- Work new leads within the same business day
- Keep notes updated after every customer interaction
